Traumatic experiences from childhood and adulthood can lead people to feel stuck. This can create issues with substance use, compulsive behaviors (exercise, shopping, eating, sex, love), depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Thankfully, our brain can heal and recover from the past with the right treatment and tools.

I use an integrative approach to address the whole person and all aspects of our life that are being impacted by trauma. Through Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Post-Induction Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and overall wellness practices you can learn to regulate your nervous system, overcome past events, connect to others, and live within your value system.
