When you are struggling with your behaviors or substance use, it can feel like your life is being taken over and you have no control. You can become stuck in feelings of pain, despair, shame or guilt. With the right support, you can become the person you would like to be. There can be ways to heal and change your life.

I have experience with helping people through substance use issues and compulsive behaviors (sex, love, gambling, shopping, eating, exercise). I will work with you on assessing your unique needs and help you determine what changes you would like to make, whether that means completely abstaining from problematic behaviors or substances or learning ways to reduce harm and use in a healthier way. I will meet you where you are at in your process and to help you to make changes you would like to make. We will work together to identify therapies that will work best for you to help you to live within your value system.
